About us
We have taken the traditional networking concept and made significant changes to provide a platform not only for business referrals but also personal and business growth via coaching and education.
Our vision is to ‘help build profitable and sustainable businesses’.
We founded Converge initially to build the business networks, we felt that the opportunity to hear what each business was really doing was lost the the traditional referral based networking where all of the focus was on how many names you bought to the meeting.
We developed our version which we refer to as ‘education based business networking’ where we actively refer but also derive a large amount of the ROI from the educational material and the discussions and insights that they produce.
We felt that we had ‘stuff to share’ and if we did then so must many others. So we tried to create a platform for business owners to share and learn, grow and develop. We believe that in most cases the business is the business owners and if we can help them grow then the business will also grow.
