If you are national then there are a couple of things that you can do- you don't want to compete against the rest of the world for rankings so you need to localise. You can do this by putting your keywords as 'party plan australia. However thinking about what I would search for personally- I would consider keywords for each state eg Party Plan Vic, party plan WA, party plan nsw etc. Of course you will need to do some keyword research to find out what people are searching for etc
