Another alternative might be to consider the following:

www.xero.com - Cloud Accounting
www.xero.com/advisors/solutions/crm/ for a list of CRM that integrate with Xero
www.vendhq.com - Point of Sale (integration available with Xero)
www.perkville.com - Loyalty and rewards (integration with VendHQ)

I haven't had direct experience with the add-ons mentioned, but am a huge fan of Xero to handle the accounting side of things for small businesses.
