I have just seen your requirements, and will review this and send you an email with some relevant information. Creating Change is a consortium of specialist colleagues in management consulting, training, entrepreneurship, psychology and innovation/leadership. I am involved with strategic foresight and creativity in a practical business sense.

I have a background providing training for a major events cleaning organisation and franchisees, and have multiple programs that may be worth considering. I feel the customisation could be useful, but it also depends on what the precise outcomes needed are, and we can look at this in terms of leadership, future strategy, people, communication & behaviour, psych/thinking styles, change issues etc. and work out something within the budget.
