Congratulations on starting a business in such a vital area. It's so frustrating when you call a business and can't get hold of the person. Basically it makes me think: "Don't they WANT my business??"
The answering services that exist are hugely expensive so if you can offer a more affordable service, I think you'll be on to a winner, especially with soloists and small business operators that would like to have a presence during business hours when they may be otherwise engaged.
I'm taking a similar approach. I believe there are many business owners out there who feel they can't justify the investment in professional copywriting because it's considered to be 'expensive'. I look forward to filling those gaps.
