I can vouch for the Hive meetings.

I attended one last year about caradvice.com.au's head honcho Alborz Fallah.

He took the floor and basically shared his experience with his creation, how it got started, where it is, and where its going.

I learnt alot about the value of following your passion, but at the same time, i can't help but feel he did get a bit lucky with his timing.

I mean, to start up a blog about cars these days would be very difficult to gain any sort of following, because that space is so saturated right now.

But then we are all flying in planes these days so i'm sure someone, if they had the guts to, could prove me wrong.

On a side note, it seems like everyone is waiting for someone else to step up and say -okay let's meet here at this time.

I'm not really the type to make these kinds of arrangements, but i can make it happen if anyone is keen.
