I use Vision 6 for Email and SMS campaigns
http://www.vision6.com.au/ it has free training and highly scalable. Vision 6 is used by businesses like ANZ, Telstra and IBM Australia. They cater for small to enterprise level businesses. The cost is much low compared to others, like MailChimp and Aweber
Emails
1 - 200 : 4 cents (per email)
201 - 2,000 : 3 cents
2,001 - 10,000 : 2 cents
> 10,000 : 1 cent
SMS
1 - 200 : 22 cents (per sms)
201 - 2,000 : 21 cents
etc.
