TALK TO AN ACCOUNTANT.

You really do need to get the very best advice possible otherwise you will stuff up big time. Laws regarding trusts are quite complicated, and as we only offer our opinions here on the forum, they are opinions.

If you want to minimise your tax ( which would apply in both contries) then an accountant is your only option
