I live in a country town and get a number of things shipped to me. I find that the air bags work well and are less messy than foam shapes ('peanuts' I think they are called). Officeworks does have a good range, but can be expensive for small orders. I don't know who sells the air bags, but I have found some good packaging solutions via ebay. I have not checked, but The Right Invite (I think in QLD) have some packing supplies and they offer great service. Take a look. Otherwise, try Australia Post too. Good luck.
