I have an account with Engin They offer a mobile addon that is charged at $1.95 per month.
Nuts and Bolts;
Get an engin account for your homeline. It costs $10 per month. I use it as a second line. They supply a voice box that you plug into your modem. You plug a second phone into the back of the voicebox. Call rates are local and national, 10 cents untimed. Calls to mobiles are more expensive.
The advantage of the mobile addon is that You will now be able to give out your Engin phone number to people and either your landline will ring and/or your mobile will ring, through your wireless network. I like this idea because I live in a poor mobile reception area.
