Same problem here too, and those fees listed on the first page are frightening.

I also need merchant facilities, online only, prices exclusively in USD. Need the ability to write cheques in USD and/or ability to transfer into bank accounts internationally. Would be nice if the balance of the account was also in USD as all my expenses will also be incurred in USD. Only need to convert to AUD when I actually withdraw for my personal use. People set their own prices, anything from $20 and up with no upper limit and saying minimum of $20 per transaction cleans me out completely for small fish and will probably mean I need to rethink my pricing structure.

Banks seem very reluctant to post their prices online so it is oh so hard to compare them.
