One thing that I look for in a property manager and in the real estate company is honesty. I don't always find it but I try anyways!
Anyways within a month of posting his question Dave is now praising Just Rent as if he has been using them for years. Sounds like Just Rent are creating fake statements.
And Dave if you really are not part of Just Rent, then you need to learn that it takes more then a month and also when things go bad to really see how well the agent performs in managing your property. At the start everyone can be nice.
