Welcome, I hope you enjoy being here. I'm fairly new myself and have found it a friendly place.

I also have a jewellery business and have found building up an email newsletter list to be vital.

I've done that by asking for emails face to face with customers and with online marketing in email newsletters and online magazines. I've now started my own online women's magazine as the idea grew when I was looking for good places to advertise in.

A friend of mine is doing really well with Pandorra and Troll beads online so you might find that a good direction to consider too.
