Thanks for the welcome.

Hmm not sure of the length of time i'll need. I certainly want to start off on a good, solid foundation. So perhaps a 1-3 years, depending on my progress. Plus, from a professional point of view, I have to finalise my qualifications to achieve an unrestricted practising certificate to be legally allowed to run my own practice. I have a colleague in Brisbane who is interested in going into partnership with me, but i'm not sure if i'm going down that road... I feel a pro's and con's list coming on :-)

Good to hear your plans and some options for getting there.

My core business is data backup and disaster recovery. We have an online data backup service so small businesses never have to think about backups, they just download their data from us after they have a disaster - no hassle.
