Events Calendar

Of course, the last thing I want to do is give the FS leaders something else to police, but I thought it might be a good idea to have an events calendar? We are always arranging meetups, discussing chamber of commerce meetings etc. And I just thought it would be good to be able to add business related events to an actual calendar, so that at a glance people can see if there is an event they should be attending.

What do you think?

Great suggestion and something we've thought about long and hard in recent months. We've got some ideas around how we can help facilitate these meetups etc much better and hopefully something we can get into action sooner rather than later in 2012.

excellent idea!! I have been going to the meeting area a few times, but must say I get a bit frustrated with threads in there that are months, sometimes years old when I try to find groups to meet up with in my area. It would be great if the events calendar had a filter so you can show only events in your state. Hope to see it here somewhere soon :-)
