Get your 1300 # up in the header, don't make people look for it.

Perhaps shrink your logo in half, people don't care what how big it is (IMHO).

I agree with clintmaher. My screen resolution is 1600 x 900, and using Chrome there is no real content in the top half of my screen which means I have to look down to start reading your site. Honestly, I won't do that, I'll move on to the next site.

My biggest tip for you is to ensure you have a tag line or catch phrase right at eye level no lower than the top quarter of your page. You want people to read it and want to find out more (i.e. stay on your page). Something like, Save 11% on your phone bill or pay absolutely nothing guaranteed. Needs to be short and punchy.

Also the text in your logo can't be read easily (white on pink), personally I'd ditch it altogether.

hey yo

the main graphic with the pink on white text is super hard to read

im not sure if youre the "only independent" communications broker in australia. my friend is actually doing the same thing.

so claiming that youre the only one doing it is a little misleading.

also, "independent" and "being part of the Evalu8 group of companies" is a little contradictory.

the fade in affect of the pages is a little annoying tbh

you have a lot of FAQs. maybe grouping them will help?

whack your contact phone number where the search box is

also your pricing is a little confusing. you should have an example of it.

either way, the service itself is great. ive known of my friend to save companies thousands annually by moving to a better plan or providers.

good luck with it all

There were two very similar posts. I've now merged them both together into this one. It might make the start of the discussion a little disjointed but all the replies are at least in one place now
Cheers
