Well I'm not familiar with the old design but I like this. It is easy to use and navigate, has the information you'd need and everything seems very competitively priced!

I currently use Webcity for my own site - which I built myself using Joomla via Fantastico. I started a few months ago knowing nothing about websites or hosting etc but on renewal I will be in a much better position to shop around and know what I'm looking at....

One comment - just grammatical. "Our new VDS (Virtual Dedicated Servers) is like any other VPS, except your guaranteed what your assigned" - "Your" should be "You're" or preferably "You are".

I have been trying all day to get a look at your website but I keep getting a DNS error. Is your domain currently being propagated? Will be sure to have a look when I can.

The domain should be fully propagated. It is loading fine for us and our customers.

http://network-tools.com/default.asp...hosting.com.au indicates the website can be reached.

Try flushing your DNS cache by opening up command prompt and typing:

ipconfig /flushdns

Hi there,

firstly, I really like your USP (Unique Sales Pitch). It's informal and reaches people on a real level. "We like to keep things local" - I love it. It makes me want to personally change hosts even though my host is already in Oz!

Can I make a suggestion? As someone who is not an IT guru, I found your site a little difficult to understand.
What does "shared" mean? What does "Reseller" mean?

I love the design and layout of the entire site, it's great. It's minimalist, yet warm.

When I got down to the nitty gritty - ie how much is this going to cost me, what am I going to need etc, I was lost. My host's website got my business as it had suggestions as to what plan I should opt for and what was included.

It also helped that they also provided a sitebuilder with the hosting plan. If you offered a sitebuilder, you'd have my business in a heartbeat!

We will look into creating an easier explanation for the terms shared hosting, reseller hosting and domains and etc..

We actually do have RVSiteBuilder Pro which will let you build/modify websites easily without having to know HTML and CSS code. There are 620 templates to choose from.

That sounds fantastic! The layout and design of the site looks great and as I said, the usp is very appealing. Does your RVSiteBuilder come with all plans?

As someone who changes hosts, on average, every two years and has to move dozens of sites in the process I can say that the hosting market is very crowded. There are some heavyweights in the local market like Jumba, WebCentral, NetLogistics, AussieHQ, Aussiehost, Hightek etc.

Having been with most of them at some point the SINGLE most important feature that will get my business is support turnaround.

How are you going to differentiate yourselves from your competitors and entice new business?

If I put myself in the position as a potential customer I need to know:

* Who are you?
* What experience yo have/track record?
* Server status page for when my site is down
