Hi
I've had a quick look at your site - I like the colours and the fresh, contemporary feel. I would agree with the others who have posted so far, and I would also suggest:
::: Do a very thorough spelling and grammar check. I think typos can be a major detractor from the quality of your site. Within a minute of surfing around your site, I noticed a missing word, a misspelt word, and a question that didn't have a question mark.
::: Shorten your home page to be a succinct summary of your products and services. This allows visitors to quickly understand what your business is about, and then follow through to the most relevant information for them.
::: Go for consistency. Have consistent spacing between paragraphs of the same style (e.g. the orange tick marks), and use the same font throughout. Little details like this enhance the professionalism of your site.
::: De-clutter your home page. Some of the main text is so close to the right border that it almost touches the text or images in the banner strip down the right hand side.
::: Put a caption on the video on the home page. Without knowing what it is I'm about to watch, I probably wouldn't bother clicking to find out. A caption will help me identify if I'm interested, and will encourage me to watch it if I am.
::: Check your tab order. When I typed in the "Name" field for the "Free Quoting and Invoicing Software", I then pressed tab to take me to the next field ("Email"). Instead, I was taken back to the top of the screen, and then had to scroll back down and click in the "Email" field. This was the same for the "September Offers" section.
::: It is unclear what will happen if I download the "Free Quoting and Invoicing Software". It says no strings attached, but I am required to enter my phone number and email address. Will you be contacting people who download this software, or adding them to a mailing list? (I opted out because I wasn't sure, and I think other people will too.)
I hope that's helpful. Good luck!
Jess
