Feedback wanted - new idea

Hi all,

I am new to this site and also relatively new to online marketing, to date I have had some good success with attracting people to my newsletter and my data base is growing steadily.

I am now in a position where I want to add svalue to those people who signed up to receive my newsletter. I am considering introducing a loyalty program but I am unsure how I should tackle it, what I should offer and even if my business will sustain it. I have undertaken some research but I am really wanting to get some pratical advice from businesses who have are currently offering it to their customer base.

Hi Julz

It sounds like you need to develop a marketing funnel on the back of your list to get some income.

What you are asking really comes back to simple business planning - knowing where you are going, what your customers want and how you can fill the gap.

There are lots of options for 'filling the gap' what you choose will depend on the time, resources and products you have available or can develop.

I have a simple business plan template on my site (it is a part of my opt-in rewards) which you are welcome to have a look at.

The other suggesion I have is to sign up on competitors websites and see how their funnel works - over a few weeks it will become obvious to you as you receive their emails!!
