Overall your site looks fairly functional.

The buttons on the top right has a font that's hard to read. The 'Wholesale Categories' isn't clear due to the colour behind it.

Maybe consider a fresh new logo > up to you

Also > You will need to do some work with regards to your public reputation > there are some negative remarks viewable through Google.

PM me if you want detail/help

Regards,

JAD

Personally it looks great as far as typical e-com Zen Cart, OS Commerce style web sites go.

However for really getting the consumer interested, more white space and better emphasis on product range would help. Flash slide shows for product categories would be a great start....

Some of the better e-com sites allow or devote greater amounts of space to certain products and put the effort into copywriting and quality imagery.

Mobile phones for example could have a page devoted just to that category and so on with other key products.
If you treat your product range seriously then the customer is inclined to do likewise....
possibly think "brochure for every product category" and expand your site to be more unique rather than typical e-com. Unfortunately to do this you would have to re-think your entire approach to e-com presentation.

Just some quick thoughts...
PS the modern trend seems to be keeping the landing page for short copy and lots of links...other wise the consumer is immediately confused.
Take a look at some of the major international web sites ie.optus, Adobe and Micro soft and get a better over view of what millions of dollars of market research can acheive.

I think the layout of the website is pretty good. If you were looking at changing things, I'd consider changing the 'blue colour' used for the menu buttons and at the top of each title. Normally, the eye is attracted to darker colours and might be a little heavy on the eye. You want the users eyes directed to the products you sell.

Maybe consider putting a little more time into updating the logo, looks like the current logo was created in wordart on MS Word. I think details and shop disclaimer description at the bottom of the main page might be better suited under a seperate page or make the text size a little small. Otherwise well done, it looks good. Keep up the good work.

It's quite a popular website that you have. I agreed with JAD:
- Change a new logo if you have time
- Change the color for "Wholesale Categories" (on the left)
- Maybe you could change the skin color of the website (currently blue) to green, orange or red depending on the season

Overall it looks quite good, if you want to change the layout completely, it's hard for us to comment on.

The design of the store feels a little bit dated, but I don't think that would be something that would hurt your sales. I image that most people visiting your site would be more interested in the best prices.

You've got loads of content and one great thing is the speed of the site. Pages loaded very quickly for me.

hi

good to see a site taking advantage of their meta tags, they look suitable.

Has plenty of links, which should help in the search engines.

How is the site converting, could have better description which would help to purchase.

for credibility you should have a address and phone so people can contact you

cheers
