Flying Solo LIVE! is back for 2009

Hi everyone,

We’re excited to say that Flying Solo LIVE! will return on 16 September 2009 at the Australian Technology Park Sydney, and it's going to be another cracking event. This year’s theme is ‘Bring out the best.’

Behind the scenes we're busily pulling together the expert speaker line up, firming up details and building a brand new event website over at www.flyingsololive.com.au.

We hope to have everything ready w/c July 20 and will announce full registration then.

In the meantime you can hop over to the site and secure your place before tickets get snapped up. 2008 was a sell out, after all!

This seems as good a time as any to say how wonderful last year's Flying Solo Live was. Considering so many out-of-towners like me and people from interstate and New Zealand came, (and boosted the hotel accommodation figures the night before) - this was an amazing reflection on how positive everyone felt about being part of this wonderful day.

Last year had an amazing 'vibe' with great speakers and networking, great food and lovely take-home bags to remember it all over again.

I fully recommend you pop over and register your interest at the Flying Solo Live website.

And just in case, the answer is 'no' - noone has paid me or asked me to say this!

What do you guys think of the site? We're really pleased with it, although we had our share of prelaunch testing stresses, I'm sure I'm that bit more grey today than yesterday. But as with all tricky births, the result is very worthwhile.

On the day, we've got plans to have a table at lunch dedicated to forum members, I am so excited about putting names (or in Burgo's case, bare chests) to faces.

Ummm, I think you should know there is a wrong link on the F S Live site.

On the page http://www.flyingsololive.com.au/sessions-overview/ the link under the session titled Online Networking goes to Network Marketing!

PS Any idea when we would know what/who is in the panel discussion sessions?

Oh, and another PS, is there any sort of notes provided on the day/afterwords (paper, sound, video, clay tablet) or do we make our own? I certainly wouldn't like to miss out on any of this mountain of information!!!

Thanks for the tip-of re the link, this is now fixed.

Regarding the panels, we're working on these over the next couple of weeks and will make sure we announce once they're finalised...and yes, we'll certainly be compiling speakers notes and publishing them on the site after the event.
