Flying Solo LIVE! Back for 2010

Hey guys,

We're very pleased to announce that Flying Solo LIVE! is on again this year on Wednesday 15 September 2009 at the Australian Technology Park Sydney. We'd love you to be part of it!

We're very excited about the speaker line-up and sessions his year. Happily we've managed to get many of the talented members of the Flying Solo community to present. As usual there'll be lot of other friendly business owners to connect with, expert panel sessions, exhibition stands, and yummy food and drink!

Registration is now open at www.flyingsololive.com.au so hop on over to see what's planned and to register your place (after all, it was a sellout in 08 and 09).

We'd love to see new and familiar faces there.

This is me flooding the forums with my tears of disappointment as I so want to come and play with my fellow forum members but I have a 4 day conference in Sydney ending 3 days prior to Flying Solo Live and I'm working extra hard to find the extra dollars to justify coming back for one day.

What time does the day start and end? Do some of you get together after and have dinner? Do you interstaters fly in and out the same day?

I wanna come!!

We would sooooooo love it if you could be there!

The official times are 8.30 - 5.30, but we recommend getting there closer to 8 for registration purposes. Some interstate folk do fly in and out just for the day, and others stay over. (It's a pretty easy trip to and from the airport).

We tend to hover around for a drink afterwards, and I'm sure you could rustle up some dinner mates from the forum crew if you decide you'd like to have a get-together afterwards.

Was thinking Wednesday 15th September, we could have a special gettogether at James Squires, King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour.

It is not all that far from the Flying Solo Venue, and at that time of year is just great down by the water.

Flying Solo have a very good relationship with James Squires and depending on the number of people wishing to have a meal together, something special could be organised.

Now this is just a thought, perhaps someone else may have another idea.
So how about giving some feedback on this.

A great opportunity to meet out interstate members informally.

It’s on Wednesday 15 September with registration opening at 8am for an 8.30am start. The final presentation concludes at 5.30pm followed by some casual networking over a drink.

Your ticket price of $195 (inc GST) gets you access to a choice of sessions and includes morning and afternoon refreshments, a networking lunch and the chance to mingle with sponsors and exhibitors.

As you may know the theme of Flying Solo LIVE! this year is The Power of Community and acknowledges the wonderful things that happen when like minds together...this forum being at the top of FS's list.

Another example of the tremendous generosity of this community is how people spontaneously offer assistance.

Craig Evans of Guru Radio is a classic example. He's just uploaded this great promo to his site and will broadcast it to his 500,000 or so listeners.
