It makes $7000 weekly. It needs 2 ppl to run it during lunch and dinner hours. It opens from 9am-9pm.

It will make owner operator about 100K per year after all expenses.

Who says it makes $7000 a week? If it’s the owner then definitely half that and get everything checked professionally . The owner has done that so no reason for you not to, given that you will be the one paying for his embellished numbers.

I had a friend who bought into something similar, he put the business back up for sale at a much lesser price less than a year later. Go see a professional and send some anonymous customers to the shop to talk to the people working there to get a feel of how things actually are.
