Example, A business broker sells businesses. When buyers come to buy businesses from the business broker, they need accounting services, the business broker doesnt provide accoutning services, so what do they do, they make themselves look good when they refer their clients to you, the accounting company.

Same way, a real estate agent sells houses, the buyers need accounting services, the real esate agent doesnt provide accounting, they send their clients to you, their accounting partner.

So when you partner with a business broker and a real estate agent , all those who are buying businesses and real estate are coming to you, they are your partners clients.
