    Hmm.. auto play audio files in an email. That's a curly one Mike! I haven't personally looked into this. It may be possible, but you would be relying on the recipient:
    a) having their email program set to receive html emails;
    b) allowing automatic downloads of pictures and attachments; and
    c) having their speakers turned on!
    The audio file would have to be sent as an attachment, so would be say on average 3-5mb plus the size of the email and any other attachments. That's a fair chunk of an email to receive. And most email hubs (ie hotmail, gmail etc) usually have a max limit of 10mb for attachments.
    I did a quick Google but did not come up with any answers - though a good few people have asked the same question.
