To give you an idea - goods and services that can be protected are broken into 45 different classes of items - your business might fall into a number of those classes or just one! IP Australia charges fees per class so this will effect any pricing!

However, assuming that your Trade Mark is registrable (that is no objections or oppositions are expected to be raised - which will add costs) and your Trade Mark is in one class you can expect 10 years of protection for as little as $1,290 (one class) with additional classes $740 at each (incl Gov fees) but if any objections or oppositions are raised, these are additional!
