I think that these would be really useful for some people.

I've used the ATO on a number of occasions, and I've always found them to be really really useful.

Kevin, you are correct. That's what the ATO likes to call us anyways

Per our understanding,

Only bookkeepers who are registered as BAS Agents will be permitted to render BAS services to their clients whilst tax agents will continue to provide BAS preparation services as well as more technical application and knowledge of the taxation law such as preparation of Returns, submissions to Tribunal or Commissioner, tax planning etc.

A good bookkeeper is worth their weight in gold! This registration will hopefully tighten up the industry and make businesses lives more efficient.
