Good Luck!

Well you have had a lot of recommendations so I wont confuse too much more. I would recommend WordPress as an economic option although you will need a little bit of technical know how or ability to learn some of the installation things.

Otherwise, if budget and time allow, I have always found that a custom site is a success step - ie designing one for you. Rather then a template look. But of course the budget will be very different.
