Realised no-one had responded to your question regarding toy labelling etc - unfortunately I don't know a lawyer who specialises to refer you to, but wonder if you have viewed the toy labelling requirements at the ACCC website? - See http://www.productsafety.gov.au/cont.../itemId/971502

They have pretty clear and easy to follow guidance of what you must include depending on the type of toy.
