Default Need employment/confidentiality agreement for sub-contractor?

Hi, does anyone know of a guru who can can draw up an employment/confidentiality agreement for a sub-contractor?

I am in Sydney but that shouldnt really matter.

This is something your lawyer is able to do very easily and at the same time he can make it so that you are able to change it so that it can be used in the future as well.

I got one from http://www.docstoc.com/ for my subcontractors. Took very little updating to make it ideal for my purposes ... and best of all, it's FREE!
