Default Industrial Relations Consultant in Brisbane

Hi all

One of my clients is looking for an Industrial Relations Consultant based in Brisbane.

My client is a family owned fire protection company with 10 employees and though they do not have any IR issues at the moment they would like an IR Consultant contact in case the need arises. They had a very tricky situation several months ago and though the problem was solved by the employee resigning, it has left them feeling very exposed.

If you know of any Consultant who might be interested could you please let me know and I can provide further information.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks Burgo. Good point.

It is fraught with danger if Business Owners are not aware of their OHS Responsibilities and the implications of not having an OHS Management System in place.

It is even legislated now that any business owner, regardless of whether they are single operator or have employees, they are required to have an OHS Management System in place.

IR is changing so quickly that you cannot let your guard down for one minute.
