Default Need CSV/Mysql/Cart Help Please

I can't pay a lot, but I really need some expert help with the CSV from my old cart/site to make it be able to be imported to my new cart/site.
I am using Prestashop ( have posted there as well, but it's not very active in the "buy help" forum. I have a .sql of the old cart.
I have done some research, and I have tried to grasp the whole CSV thing, so I can understand how it works in Presta, but I just don't have the ability to do so, and now I seem to have this mental block when someone tries to explain it.
I have around 400 products to add, I don't mind if I have to manually upload all the photos afterwards.
Adding them all manually is becoming overwhelming, and even if I could do 10 a day, every day, I don't have the stamina to do it for that long.
I guess if someone could look at what I want to do and tell me definitively " It CAN'T be done", then I could stop periodically hoping/wishing it could be, and I would be "forced" to just DO IT.
It's not helping that when I did it all initially, I knew squat about SEO, so it's taking even longer now for each product because I'm filling out all the meta stuff, and I want to do it right.
Thanks for any replies.

Hey Julie, what are you migrating from?

You can email on chris@techmonkeys.com.au, I might be able to help you out.

If not, I certainly pity you having to add 400 products!

Funny - I downloaded Prestashop a while back but just haven't got around to installing it.

I know Chris has offered, but I'm here too if need be. Data migration is one of those things that I like working on.....

Cheers
Brad
PS BTW - thanks for subscribing to DIYWS!

PPS - I must go now and install Prestashop so I know what the &*^% I'm talking about...
