Just to clarify - it looks as though they assist in the preparation of information memorandum / fundraising documents as opposed to being an actual PE fund.

Some other important feedback for you in using foreign consultants for Australian IM preparation - whilst many of the fundamentals are universal across borders, there are equally many compliance and deal structure issues that are unique to local requirements. For example, the Australian Corporations Act regulations for small scale fundraising offerings contain numerous hurdles on these matters (and some exemptions). It can be risky distributing offer / invitation / IM documents without careful consideration of compliance with these provisions (and they are extensive to say the least).

Edit - they certainly look well presented though.

Arrg..dont know where my head was at...thanks for the reply James...I certainly need to clarify that although they accept Australian clients they only solicit US based investors..
