Can anyone please recommend a good Solicitor (business / contract law)?

Hi fellow soloists Can anyone please recommend a good Solicitor who can review and edit a business contract for me?

The contract is my Terms and Conditions for web design services, and I believe what I'm looking for is a Solicitor who specialises in business / commercial / contract law?

I looked up a few Brisbane Solicitors in the yellow pages and contacted them but getting them to call me back is like pulling teeth! If you know of a Solicitor who fits the bill and is also accessible, professional and easy to work with I would be eternally grateful. Location anywhere in Australia is fine (they don't have to be in Brisbane).

There's the Arts Law website where you can get info and pay to download sample contracts. http://www.artslaw.com.au/

And Simpsons are the arts laws specialists (national) (some of them do some work for the Arts Law associationa above too which is a lot less cost than going direct). http://www.simpsons.com.au/index.htm

There's also the copyright council and publications

Just thought I would post an update re Kerry-Ann's services (http://www.outsourcedlaw.com.au/). I just finished working with her to review my web design contract and associated documents and she was fantastic - very thorough, professional, quick and responsive.

I paid $660 all up for the review of my 32 page document and she worked with me to make as many changes as I needed (only ended up being 2 sets of changes). The work was done and dusted within 2 weeks.
