Are there any group networking events in Perth?

Interested in hearing about other networking events, anyone know of many?

Does this group get together?

Not that I'm aware of (although I'm only new here).

There are dozens of networking events in Perth - many of the various chambers of commerce and business associations have monthly or three-monthly breakfasts or sundowners. Exactly how useful these are is presumably highly variable depending on exactly who you're trying to network with.

Hey Rebecca, coming to Port 80 meetups is always a winner. But you knew that I reckon, because I've probably invited you and asked you to buy me beers. Heh heh.

There's also the Freelancers Coffee Meetup that is basically Port 80 peeps that can't always booze it up on a Wednesday night because we were silly enough to procreate.

Other than that, I reckon the area is in desperate need of something like this.

There is always the Networking WA event on the 24th ( Speed Networking for SME) There are only a couple of tickets left, and I can offer them at Members price until Friday 20th. Get in touch if your interested.

There are lots of networking groups in Perth.

One I belong to is called "Networking Perth WA - Success requires Networking" and it meets regularly for breakfasts and has an active Linkedin group - it has about 250 members at present. yes there is a few smaller groups around the places.
