Why not talk nicely to the Flying Solo Team and have a LEGAL EAGLES room which may encourage other Legals to land on this nesting site. Not only would/could it be handy for our members but it could also attract international legals as well.
Flying solo is becoming known overseas as well as here in Australia and Im certain that any free simple legal advice would be helpful to our fledgling soloists. Not only would they be helped but who will they turn to when they need something more pressing, someone they know and trust, instead of someone unknown.

This would have to one of the BEST if not THE BEST networking site. Why go anywhere else?

Facebook groups is one of the best ways to develop your database and build relationships. Stay within the rules, start the process and watch your group grow.

Hello,

From my point of view Face-book allows different networks and groups to which many users can join. It also allows privacy settings on basis of networks. Groups are used for discussions and events etc. Groups are a way of enabling a number of people to come together online to share information and discuss specific subjects. They are increasingly used by clubs, companies and public sector organizations to engage with stakeholders - be they members of the public, employees, members, service users, shareholders or customers. A group is comprised of but not limited to the following: the members who have joined, recent news contents, discussion board contents, wall contents, photos, posted items, videos and all associated comments of such items. In this respect, groups are similar to pages but contain more features.

Thanks

Linkedin definitely a good place to go to find others you can connect with and network with.

If you want to start up your own forum why not investigate ning.com? You can get your own domain if you want and use it with that. Ning has everything already set up to create discussion forums, users profiles and pages, separate groups for things. I use it for a number of groups I own/moderate. Yahoogroups is another way to set up your own group. I'm sure it wouldn't take long for others to find you - if you've been looking then others will have been too.

Hey Steveonz please fill us in on your FB pages, we have struggled to get much traffic to the page for our business Carpenters Now....does anyone have tips?

Ning is another one to look at if you are looking for an online community that you can set up yourself.
