List of Australian Industrial Estates?

hi, my target market is companies in industrial estates. I'm not sure how best to market to these companies, but I figured a list of industrial estates would be a good start to see if there is perhaps a business group that looks after the estate.

I was therefore wondering if anyone had been down this path of obtaining a list of industrial estates before? Or might know how it get one.
