Online Mastermind Group...

Holy cow... Ok... so i decided to launch it

I'm looking for members interested in an online mastermind group

what I offer:

to create a site (private)
own discussion forum
and a monthly skype conference

topics: money, marketing, sales generation, etc.

Looking for people that can dedicate 30 minutes each keep for the conference.... I have never been part of a mastermind group, but I guess we can give it a go.

Hmmm, I'm interested, but I confess I have been sitting here looking at this screen for the last 5 mins trying to decide how to reply.

I can only think of questions for now, are you looking at running this as part of your own business or more of a mutual thing? I kinda like the idea of getting together with like minded sorts to bounce ideas around with, but haven't had much success around these parts. Online does interest me and Skype seems to be a good way of doing that.

If you are thinking Mastermind level it seems to me it would work best as a "Extending Yourself Beyond the Basics- Infinity and Beyond" sort of level/thing. For the mo, I am very happy to debate this a bit here and see where it leads.

my idea is to run this as a mutual thing... just a group of people interested in helping each other towards better sales, productivity, results, etc.

Nothing very serious to start with... just people interested in forming a small group - not really a "MASTERMINDS OF THE UNIVERSE" kind of thing...

OK Gabriel, I am certainly happy to be involved and see where this leads - count me in.

I am happy to do this Skype wise too, have been looking into the possibility of using this as a way of conferencing one on one with video and screen sharing and also as a group conference. Only possible this way as audio of course, but if we do end up with super duper broad band we could probably even do group video conferences too - very interesting.

Hi All,

Finding the "right" local network group and then maintaining the group's on-going dynamics can be a challenge. Satisfy the interests of all members simultaneously can be difficult, but not impossible.

However some guidelines need to be in place (hate to call them "rules"), but the wheels can start to wobble fairly quickly if each member has a different expectation and outcome in mind for the group. Each member, by nature, comes will different experiences and from a different direction. But that's what makes the group work!

I've posted some of my own experience at forums/groups/marketing-mastermind-group, and you might like to add your own...

Getting getting groups together from different States and Regions can be a cinch using (free) Skype Groups. This overcomes the problem of trying to find someone "in your area" to set up a MasterMind group. Clearly it needs to become a focused 'business group' rather than a loose 'social group'.
