 Rod from PRD Software and HelpMaster Pro helpdesk software
Hi there,
Rod here from PRD Software. We're a small software development shop based in Canberra, ACT. We make HelpMaster Pro helpdesk software.
I'm passionate about small Australian business, particularly small software companies and would love to share ideas and suggestons about the software game. In the 12 or so years of running a small software company that markets and sells to the world, I've made just about every mistake you can think of regarding software, small business, employees, tax, and coffee beans.
I hope to pick up some tips from this forum, and if I can share some knowledge with any small software start-ups, then it would be my pleasure to do so.
