I am new at FS, joined a week or so ago, but didnt post an introduction, so thats a good start. We are based in Adelaide and help micro/small business owners make more profit with less effort, hence our name Make More Profit!

We help micro/small business make more profit, we do this by first carying out a diagnostic questionnaire, with the owner(s) this usually takes me an hour and a half, from the answers to these questions, we are then able to discover the business strengths and weeknesses, we can then advise on a series of systems/strategies to improve the businesses operation and profit. I'm sure members will be keen to hear more about how you help to drive profits.

I'm currently running a 'campaign' which will hopefully help businesses save money on their electricity bills. We ran a similar campaign for residential electricity and it appears to have helped, with people reporting up to 30% savings on their bills.
