How To Get Trust?

Hey guys,
I am a new comer here and im a sales representative in my company. My company is doing business of promotional items. Every time i got inquiry from some customer, i give them almost the best price i could and sincerely want to make a deal with them. However, i have just got few order from all these inquiry and made a samll amount of profit.

Is it because they dont trust me? or the price isn't good enough?

Anyone please give me some advice on how to get trust from customers and develop inquity into order.Thanks a lot.
