Default New Member AR Cash Flow

I joined recently and thought I would introduce myself.

I help streamline small business cash flows using invoice finance.

I am currently researching a new book I am writing as a result of some of the issues my clients are experiencing when they come to us to provide debtor funding.

What I found was that a lot of small businesses have cash flow issues and factoring or invoice finance is only part of the solution.

These issues vary greatly but a lot are systemic issues in their process which if addressed could greatly reduce their reliance on our services.

The manual was originally for our clients to use as a kind of coach to make sure they are maximising the cash flow in their business without external help. Now that I am half way through the manual I thought I may as well turn it into an actual book and share it with businesses that are not our clients.

I am open to any fresh ideas you may have out there that you think need to be included. The title for the book is likely to be "Small Business Cash flow: Tricks from the Trenches", it is designed to be a practical real world manual that will help a business maximise it's cash flow.

I can be contacted via my website at www.arcashflow.com.au

hiya,

Welcome aboard. Good luck with the book, any resources small businesses can use are great. Definitely one for my library.

Cheers
