Hello all,
I've joined this forum literally 2 minutes ago.
I am in the final process of completing set-up for my small freelance business.
I will be offering proofreading, editing and researching services (and maybe some writing down the track - web copy and such).
As I've never been in business before, I hope to learn from you established experts.

Thanks Jane. I'm very excited about my little business (and a bit scared too).
I have been very lucky so far in that I chose (by fluke) a great designer to do my logo and stationery, and the person who worked on my website has also been excellent, so a positive start.
I'm just waiting for the last of my stationery to come, and I'll be ready to start my marketing.
Now all I need is some clients...

I like the look of it. It's clean and simple and loads pretty quickly. Hope my potential customers will like it too. There's just the optimisation stuff/Adwords to complete and that will hopefully be finished tomorrow.
