I say good on you for trying, it's more than a lot of people do.

I was going to suggest yesterday when I saw this thread an online services marketplace where you can get freelance consultants to submit a proposal to do the website for you (that is if you want to get it redone), but I didn't want to come across as taking advantage of you by promoting my business.

But since the suggestion has already been made, I just want to add, elance is good, but it is US based with a lot of international consultants (which for some people is fine). Consulting WorX www.consultingworx.com.au is an Australian company (employing Australian people) and will connect you with Australian based freelancers, including Web Developers, Graphic Designers. Ideally we can connect you with someone that is close to you in Melbourne.

If you want the help, let me know and I will personally help you setup your account and post a job. Oh and by the way I forgot to mention, we don't charge businesses to setup an account and post an unlimited number of jobs.

Do you have a client that does web sites? If so go and talk to them and you might be able to a deal on exchange of services. I also believe that if you have a business that requires local businesses then you should use local businesses where you can.

Microsoft Office is not the best program to produce web sites either.

Good luck with your business as I think there will be more work for the bookkeepers as business starts to pick up again and people realise that they are better off doing what they do best and allow others to do what they do best.
