My name is Vanessa - hello solo forum.

I'm mainly a lurker in these forums as whilst I'm not "new" to the world of being self employed ... I am going through a change in self-employment... I am leaving one business behind and moving onto others (starting from scratch as such).

Basically, I'm finally making a go for my dream business ( www.goldcoastpets.com.au ) and hoping that I can draw an income, grow and develop this business over the next 20 or so years... yes.. I want to be in it for the long haul.

Basically, I answer the phones for that business and am the customer service side of it. Other people look after staffing etc. It's a commission based form of work (and I prefer it that way)...
