Hi Everyone!

My name is Fiona and I own and operate the online childrens store Unique Kids (www.uniquekids.com.au) . After 15 years as a high school music teacher I decided to take the leap and start my own business. Unique Kids has been online for three years now and is quite well established in the marketplace.

In October 2008 we launched Unique Kids Direct (www.uniquekidsdirect.com.au) which is the party plan / direct selling division of Unique Kids. So far the growth has been hectic and we currently have over 50 consultants operating Australia Wide, with more ready to start in the coming month. This is the part of the business that has provided the steapest learning curve and is still continually developing and evolving as a company. I am enjoying giving other mums the opportunity to start their own businesses through our range of products.

I have read through a number of threads over a period of time so it is now time to jump in and say 'hello' myself and get active. I am hoping that some of you talented people out there can help me with managing this sudden growth in the business.

As for more ventures Amanda.......I think that I have my hands full at the moment with the businesses that I am running. But with anything you never know where the next idea will come from.
