Just a thought - there was a discussion a while ago about the importance of making it easy for customers to contact us and instilling trust.
This means that a phone and postal address (even if it's a post office address) is really important, not just an email. Home based businesses understandably don't want to show a physical dress, but do need to have a postal address and phone to contact. Some have resorted to two numbers - one for home and one for business.
(You can have address/phone details as a JPG or GIF image to stop the search engines finding the numbers.)
Also, to make it easy for customers to sign up, PayPal and a link to to a currency converter such as
http://www.xe.com/ucc/ for overseas customers are useful additions to include.
