What is the opposite of commodity?

I agree with 'bespoke' as an opposite and you could also use words like unique, differentiated, tailored or customised.

Commodity products are differentiated by price only as they are all the same or homogenous. Therefore the opposite must be products that are differentiated in some way in regards to their specifications, features, benefits etc.

I think bespoke is the winner! I think most people would understand what that means...(I didn't say but the context I am using it in is a questionaire/form).
