Hello, I have no idea! But since no one else has yet responded I'm gonna say what I think
Everything you do for your employer is owned by them.
Be prepared to go to a lawyer and pay them a lot and go through a lot of stress if you plan to try and take anything with you. Your ex employer would be grumpy to say the least (and probably rightfully so).
That's probably not real helpful for you but that's just my gut thoughts. A lawyer is the only real person who can help you.
