Default Anyone had experience with a Business Investment District (BID)?

Hi all,

I've just recently joined my local Chamber of Commerce and we are trying to implement a Business Investment District in our local shopping precinct.

I would love to hear from any other traders who have been involved in a BID and what your thoughts were? Is it positive for traders? How did you get all traders on board? How did you structure your fees (ie. flat fee, % of property size, etc)?

Thanks,

Barb
